Business Support Analyst
After graduating from Bath Spa University with a history degree, Rachel made the permanent move from the Welsh valley’s to Bath and made it her new home.
Rachel initially joined Novia Investment Services in 2012 before joining Novia Financial in 2014 as a Team Leader for the Client Services Administration Team.
In 2017, Rachel then made the move to Novia Global as a Business Support Analyst and is now driving the continuous improvement of its systems, processes and services.
Outside of work Rachel is a volunteer for a dog walking charity as well as going on adventures across the UK with her own dog. Rachel is also in the process of renovating her first home.
Head of Investment Proposition
Alex graduated from Lancaster University with a BSc Business Studies & Economics degree, and an MSc in Marketing and International Management from Reading University.
Alex has now worked in the financial services industry for 7 years, having initially worked on the Aegon platform project. After a brief stint at Friends Life he moved back to Novia Global to help deliver and develop the offshore platform.
Alex is responsible for looking after both the Fund Manager Relationships and Discretionary Fund Manager relationships for Novia Global and is also Secretary for the Investment Committee which meets on a monthly basis.
Outside of work Alex has a keen interest in football and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Head of Marketing
Steve joined the Novia Financial marketing team in 2011 before becoming part of the Novia Global project team in 2014. He has worked in the Financial Services industry for the past fifteen years across a variety of roles, predominantly within Adviser firms.
Steve uses the extensive experience he has gained from his various roles within AXA, Norwich Union, Colonial First State, Smith & Williamson, and Moore Stephens to ensure Novia Global deliver a market leading offshore proposition.
