Client Services Manager
Nick has worked in Financial Services for 18 years, starting his career with James Hay Partnership and joining Novia Global in 2020. Nick has worked in Customer Services throughout his career managing Onboarding, Client Servicing and Contact Centre's and prides himself on being able to deliver a high level of service to both the advisor and the client and recognises the importance of customer service.
Nick enjoys building relationships with our clients and working alongside our Sales Team to strengthen Novia Globals position in the market place.
Outside of work Nick likes to spend time with his young family and friends as well as keeping up with England’s fortunes in cricket.
After graduating from the University of Reading and a stint travelling around the world, Rachael began her career in financial services at the Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society before taking up a client services role at James Hay. In 2015 Rachael joined the implementation team within Novia Financial, where she was later tasked with establishing the implementation service for Novia Global.
Rachael has been running implementation within Novia Global since 2017, providing adviser firms with a programme of training and support to ensure that the on-boarding process is as smooth and efficient as possible. Rachael believes in the importance of delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships; working closely with our advisers and their support staff to help them get the best experience of the platform.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys baking, crafts and spending time with family and friends.
Client Service Executive
Jon joined Novia Global in September 2016 following a 15 year career within the insurance industry.
Jon has worked in a variety of areas including underwriting, broking, and claims handling across both personal and commercial products.
Jon has a passion to deliver exceptional service; and is motivated by both the belief he has in the Novia Global proposition, and the inspiring team he gets to work with on a daily basis.
Outside of the office Jon is a keen photographer, has a passing interest in physics and mathematics, drinks too much Irn Bru, and loves a good barbecue.
Pensions Technical Manager
Rachael started in financial services working for an Independent Financial Advisers before joining Novia Financial in January 2018 as part of the Client Services team. Rachael then made the move to join Novia Global in October 2019 continuing her work within the Client Services role.
At Novia Global Rachael primarily works on the International SIPP liaising with providers and scheme administers on transfers and processing instructions.
In her spare time Rachael runs a Cub Scout pack, organising weekly meetings and attending camps. On the weekends she enjoys long hikes and going on adventures in the countryside by both foot and pedal power.
Client Service Team Leader
Sian has over twenty years’ experience in Financial Services and has always enjoyed working closely with adviser firms to provide first-rate customer service.
With this experience, Sian is highly motivated in delivering a first class service for advisers and clients whilst also managing a diverse and complex range of queries.
Outside of the office, Sian keeps herself very busy with looking after her young family.
