When your adviser manages your investments through Novia Global, you get your own client area. Sign in and you can monitor your investment performance and delve into data on the composition of your portfolio.

You can sign in to your account on any device – all you need is an internet connection. Once your adviser has opened your account you will receive an invitation by email to create your password and sign in. Simple. (If you think you should already have an account, speak to your adviser. Or get in touch with us.)
All client monies are held in full accordance with FCA regulations in segregated accounts under separate nominee names, protected by Acknowledgement Letters signed by HSBC and Santander.
This means that if something unexpected happens to Novia Global, our creditors would not have any legal right to client monies. Nor could we use them to cover Novia Global’s obligations.
As for the security of the platform, resilience has been built into the design of our cloud infrastructure – with all backups immutable and encrypted. Firewalls, access control lists and antivirus measures further secure the network. And we maintain the integrity of our security measures with regular penetration testing. In short: you can feel complete confidence that the Novia Global platform is kept safely under lock and key.

The Novia Global client portal allows clients to track all of the investments they hold on the Novia Global Platform. The guide provides an overview of the functionality available.

Yes. We’re an adviser led investment platform, which means we work in partnership with professional financial advisers to manage clients’ portfolios.

Login details and instructions on how you access the portal are contained within the Welcome Pack that you receive via email once you have been registered by your adviser.
1. Go to the Novia Global login page.
2. Click Forgotten Password.
3. Enter your email address registered to your account.
4. We’ll send you an email with a password reset link (valid for 24 hours).
5. Open the email and click the reset link.
6. Enter your Date of Birth for identity verification.
7. Create a new password and set a new security question and answer.
8. Return to the login page and sign in with your updated credentials.
Please speak with your adviser to complete a Change of Client Details form.
This will need to be wet signed or digitally signed and can be submitted via the Secure Mail tab on the platform.
Several forms are available on our platform to update your personal details (e.g. to update your address or bank details.

Yes, you can access a library of important documents about their use of the Service alongside any adviser produced valuation reports. These are all available to view online or download as PDF’s within the portal.
Your adviser will be able to submit a withdrawal instruction by locating the correct form under the ‘Documents’ tab on the platform or downloading it from the support hub.
To appoint a new financial adviser, you are able to complete a Change of Servicing Adviser form. This form can be wet signed or digitally signed by the client. Please note that for Trust accounts, these instructions will need to be signed by the Trust, not the underlying member.
The new adviser is required to have terms of business with us in order to be appointed on our platform. If the adviser needs to set up terms of business, they can contact [email protected]. Once they have terms of business, and have an adviser account on the platform, they will be able to access the Change of Servicing Adviser form under the ‘Servicing Documents’ tab in ‘Documents.
If the adviser change is internal, for example, appointing a different adviser at the same firm, we are happy to accept notification of this via email at [email protected].
